By using our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling a consultation, or opting into SMS messages from Cabinet Sense, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or opt into messaging.

Cabinet Sense designs and provides custom kitchen cabinets / cabinetry and related services. We do not operate as a lead buyer or lead seller; these Terms do not authorize lead-broker activity.

2. Website use

You may use the site for lawful purposes only — for example, learning about our services, requesting information, or contacting us. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorized access to the site or systems
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content
• Use the site to violate law or third-party rights
• Impersonate Cabinet Sense or any other person

Custom cabinetry projects may be governed by separate contracts, warranties, deposit terms, and change-order rules. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

Prices, finishes, lead times, and availability may change. Photos and samples are illustrative; natural materials and finishes can vary.

4. Messaging terms (SMS / MMS)

By opting into SMS from Cabinet Sense, you agree to receive texts about our cabinetry services and related communications as described at opt-in. Messages may include:

• Marketing or promotional offers only if you separately (or explicitly) opted in for marketing, including under a Mixed-use Campaign where dual consents apply

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free website operation.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CABINET SENSE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SMS PROGRAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM WEBSITE OR SMS USE UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC ONLINE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT THAT NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW (INCLUDING FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED).

Separate written project contracts may set different liability and warranty terms for cabinetry work performed.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Cabinet Sense against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit, to the extent permitted by law and except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal messaging or consumer law applies. Venue for disputes relating to these website Terms shall be in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, unless a different venue is required by a signed project agreement or mandatory consumer protection rule.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or continued participation in SMS after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Messaging disclosures (STOP/HELP, frequency, rates) will remain consistent with our registered A2P program and public Privacy Policy.
